Order cancellation
Learn what is order cancellation and how it works.
If an order is cancelled before money is transferred from the customer to the merchant, we call it order cancellation or reversal. Some of the reasons for canceling an order include:
- goods cannot be delivered
- customer cancels the order before the goods are shipped or the service is delivered
Order cancellation is always triggered by the merchant.

transaction depending on the payment flow (one-step or two-step).
