Supported webhook events

Get a full list of webhook events supported by the Unzer API.

Event Type Description
all Trigger notification for all events.
authorize Trigger notification for all events, which are related to authorization.
authorize.succeeded Trigger notification for successful authorization creation event only.
authorize.failed Trigger notification for failed authorization events only.
authorize.pending Trigger notification for pending authorization events only.
Ex: An authorization, which needs the customers' payment confirmation.
authorize.canceled Trigger notification for canceled authorization events only.
Ex: An authorization which is fully reversed.
charge Trigger notification for all events, which are related to charge, including Direct Charge & Charge for Authorization.
charge.succeeded Trigger notification for successful charge events only.
charge.failed Trigger notification for fail charge events only.
charge.pending Trigger notification for pending charge events only.
Ex: A charge, which needs the customer’s payment confirmation.
charge.canceled Trigger notification for canceled charge events only.
Ex: A charge, which is fully refunded.
chargeback Trigger notification for chargeback events only.
types Trigger notification for all payment resources creation events.
customer Trigger notification for all events, which are related to the customer resource.
customer.created Trigger notification for successful customer creation events only.
customer.deleted Trigger notification for successful customer delete events only.
customer.updated Trigger notification for successful customer update events only.
payment Trigger notification for all payment related events like payment.pending, payment.completed, payment. canceled, payment.partly, payment.payment_review, payment.chargeback
payment.pending Trigger notification when a payment is in pending state.
This event is usually triggered with the following scenario:
- When calling authorization or charge, which requires the customer’s payment confirmation.
payment.completed Trigger notification when a payment is in completed state.
This event is usually triggered with the following scenario:
- When calling a Direct Charge, which does not require the customer’s payment confirmation.
- When an authorization has been fully charged: calling a Charge for Authorization with full amount of authorization.
payment.canceled Trigger notification when a payment is in canceled state.
This event is usually triggered with the following scenario:
- When a Direct Charge has been fully refunded.
- When an authorization has been fully reversed.
payment.partly Trigger notification when a payment is in state partly charged.
This event is usually triggered with the following scenario:
- When an authorization has been partly charged: calling a Charge for Authorization with one part of the full authorization amount.
payment.payment_review Trigger notification when a payment is in payment review state.
This event is usually triggered with the following scenario:
- When an authorization has been over charged: calling a Charge for Authorization with amount is greater than amount of authorization.
- When an authorization has been over charged: calling multiple Charge for Authorization with total amount is greater than amount of authorization.
payment.chargeback Trigger notification when a payment is in chargeback state.
This event is usually triggered with the following scenario:
- When a chargeback has been called.

Note: a chargeback payment cannot be changed under any circumstance.
shipment Trigger notification when calling shipment.
payout Trigger notification for all events, which are related to payouts.
payout.succeeded Trigger notification for successful payout events only.
payout.failed Trigger notification for failed payout events.
