Migrate to UI Component V2
Before you install Unzer Shopware Plugin Version 7, here is what you must know before you start the process
Before you begin
Unzer Shopware Plugin 7 will use the new Unzer UI Component Version 2 Platform. This means numerous new features, improved security, and support for additional payment methods, although some deprecated payment methods will be removed. Please see below for more information.
Always test a new plugin on your development environment first.
Payment methods changes
Please see the table below for supported payment methods. If you use any unsupported payment methods or are in doubt if you do, please reach out to us at support@unzer.com.

Frontend changes
All our UI components have been redesigned for a more modern and intuitive look. If you have customized your checkout, please review and thoroughly test your store after upgrading the plugin.
Backend changes
Backend user interface has been updated to provide a better overview and faster setup
The new backend design will focus on one key pair setup, but you can still access key pairs for Additional payment methods via a fold-out menu. This means no functionality has been removed, but you need to click the fold out arrow to view or change the settings.
Payment settings
Charge mode settings and Save payment details has been moved to one section, to make it easier to setup and provide a better overview.
Old Apple Pay setup has been removed
Old Apple Pay integration has been removed and only the new one is available. If you still use the old Apple Pay integration, contact Unzer support for help
