Cards and Click to Pay (CTP)
Use cards as a payment option for your customers.
Cards can be differentiated in credit and debit cards. In most cases they are issued by banks (issuers) in cooperation with card organizations (schemes) such as Mastercard, VISA, Diners, or American Express. Based on those schemes, payment acceptance is possible almost worldwide online and offline.
The main difference between debit and credit cards is that consumers can use debit cards only up to the amount that is already available in their bank account, whereas credit cards can be used up to the amount of credit previously agreed on.
As a payment service provider, Unzer enables its merchants to accept and process credit and debit card payments. For this purpose, Unzer provides front-end solutions that work according to the latest security standards.
