    New domain name updates

    As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the credit card strong customer authentication flow (3DS2) and enhance our platform, we have introduced a new domain that must be added to the allowlist in your systems:

    New domain name: threeds.upcgw.com

    Timeline for the planned update: July 10, 2024 from 06:00–12:00 CEST

    Affected services: 3DS Authentication - SCA (Strong Customer Authentication)

    Expected impact: No impact or system degradation is expected.

    Note that the length of the redirect URLs generated by our system may now be up to 1500 characters. It is important to ensure that your systems and processes are configured to handle these longer URLs to avoid any disruptions in service.

    Required actions

    • Whitelist the new domain: Ensure that threeds.upcgw.com is added to your allowlist to maintain seamless integration and communication with our platform.
    • Update the URL handling configurations: Verify and update your systems to accommodate redirect URLs up to 1500 characters in length. This may involve adjusting configurations in your web server, proxies, and any relevant application settings.
