Can I customize the look of the Unzer UI components?

You can only customize the look of the card UI components, by selecting the lightweight form.

After implementing the lightweight form, you can change the styling, layout, and overall look of the UI components.

How can I add the Unzer Android SDK in Android Studio?

Where can I find my senderId, username, password, and channel?

SenderId, username, password, and channel were part of the old heidelpay API.

In the new Unzer API, these parameters were replaced by Unique IDs, public key, and private key.

Where can I find a transaction's details?

You can check a transaction’s details in two ways:

  • Call the dedicated /payments/{orderId} endpoint. For more information, see the Check a payment’s details section.
  • On the Unzer Insights platform, go to the Transactions section and search for the transaction ID, unique ID, or short ID.
How do I know that a pending transaction is completed?

You can check a transaction’s status in three ways:

  • Call the dedicated /payments/{orderId} endpoint. For more information, see the Check a payment’s details section.
  • On the Unzer Insights platform, go to the Transactions section and search for the transaction ID, unique ID, or short ID.
  • To get an automatic notification when a pending transaction gets completed, implement a webhook.
What is 3DS (3D Secure)?

3D Secure is an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions.
